Our Philosophy

Our commitment to treating patients “like family” is not meant as a gimmick or some cute cliché. It is our sincere dedication to make each patient feel as comfortable as possible, and to take time with each patient to deliver the most advanced and appropriate treatment plan you need.  No two people are the same; therefore, we treat each person’s skin condition as personal as they are.  Our responsibility to our patients is to provide the highest standard of care in the most professional setting at all times. Nothing less.

Please take an opportunity to review some feedback at the bottom of the page from our patients. These are not phony or contrived comments, but real and honest descriptions of their experiences with our office. As you’ll see, we did not “cherry pick” just the positive ones, and have included those that left constructive feedback as well. We welcome such feedback and use it to continually improve for our patients’ benefit. If you ever have anything less then an extraordinary experience with us, then we please invite you to contact us so we might have the opportunity to make it right.

Why choose Dr. Jared Scott for your Fellowship Trained Mohs Surgeon?

Jared Scott, MD has performed over 7,000 Mohs surgeries and reconstructive cases.  While any Board Certified Dermatologist may perform Mohs surgery, Dr. Scott completed an additional one year intensive training fellowship at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, under supervision of the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) and an ACMS approved Mohs and Reconstructive surgeon.  The ACMS is the ONLY organization that requires a rigorous application and review process, an additional 1 to 2 years of training after completing a Dermatology residency, and participation in at least 500 Mohs surgery cases.  The ACMS has and continues to set the highest standards of patient care relating to the management of skin cancers, Mohs surgery and reconstruction through its fellowship training process.
